千里之行，始于足下。只有注重每次练习的机会，才能得到提高。每次写作练习，教师都要及时批改，发现学生写作中存在的问题，是词汇量的问题，还是句型的问题，并仔细评阅，详细给学生讲解，让学生及时改正，日积月累，一定能提高学生的写作能力。

如果是词汇量的问题，教师要让学生积累词汇量，毕竟词汇量是写作的基础，词汇量匮乏会造成写作无从下手、无法表达，是提高写作能力最大的障碍。教师可引导学生通过多种方式记忆并运用词汇。首先，听、说、读、写多种方式结合来记忆单词，这种方式不仅培养了学生多方面的能力，又能让单词记忆的更牢固，这是最简单的记忆单词的办法。其次，通过分类记忆法记忆单词，这种记忆方法是有利于写作的。比如，描写外貌的单词有：short、tall、thin、strong、good-looking、nice；描述穿着的单词有：wear a T-shirt、wear a pair of glasses。当然，这只是其中的一种分类，教师可以找到更适合学生记忆也更对写作有利的分类方式。最后，加大学生的阅读量，“书读百遍，其义自见”，在阅读中注意书本中学习的.单词，注意单词的用法，使用的场合，这样在学生自己写作时，也能有意识的使用文章中读到的单词。比如，My favorite game is football.读到这句话时，学生会联想到学过的“favorite”单词，这个单词就是这样用的，在自己的写作中也会用到。

如果是句型使用的问题，教师要让学生通过各种方法掌握句型，句型是写作的框架，在写作中占有及其重要的位置。句型不像词汇那么多，应该是比较容易掌握的。英语中最基本的六种句型：主谓结构；主系表结构；主谓宾结构；主语+谓语+间接宾语+直接宾语；主谓宾补结构；There be+主语+其他。教师只要教会学生最基本的这几种句型，写作便不会变的那么复杂了，所有的句型都是这几种句型组合而来的。学习每个句型的时候，教师可以通过举例子的方式，让学生了解每个句型是如何用的。

二、培养学生的英语思维习惯，摒弃学习汉语的思维定式

由于英语学习和汉语学习有不同的思维习惯，所以在写作时学生必须摒弃汉语的学习习惯，从英语的思维习惯出发进行写作，这样才能提高写作能力。用英语想英语，而不是用汉语想英语。比如，汉语习惯把人的姓氏放在前面，而英语习惯把人的姓氏放在后面，汉语中的“杨医生”用英语表述就是“doctor Yang”，所以在写作时，不能用我们习惯的思维去想，而是要用英语的思维去想。

培养学生的英语思维习惯并非易事，因为我们是在汉语的环境下长大，思考问题肯定带有汉语思维，培养英语思维是一个漫长的过程。这还可以通过设立英语角、听英文歌曲、听英文广播、看英语报纸等方式实现，只有听的多了、读的多了，写作的时候就能自然而然的想到听或者读的东西，培养了英语思维，写起文章来就能得心应手了。比如，“cell”这个词有多种意思，可解释为“细胞、电池、手机”，只有听、读得多了，才能了解。如果在写作中用到，自然就能培养英语思维，提高写作能力。

三、让学生对写作进行讨论，互相汲取经验

对写作进行讨论，胜过学生独立思考，因为在讨论中学生可以各抒己见，在别的学生发言的时候，学生可能会想到某一个问题、某一个知识点，触发自己的写作灵感，讨论是很好的交流方式。

比如，某次写作的主题是：作为一名初三学生，每天进行体育锻炼，如做操、打篮球，请以体育锻炼的好处为主题写一篇作文。让学生就这个主题进行讨论，学生们会讨论体育锻炼有哪些好处，应该用哪些词汇和句型表达，每个人想到的词汇和句型肯定不完全一样，在讨论的过程中，学生就会从其他同学那里学到很多东西，从而提高写作能力。

四、实行奖励机制，对写作好的同学进行奖励，以激励其他学生

摘要：英语写作能力是英语综合能力的一种体现。新课标对写作能力的要求也比以前提高了，写作成了检测英语综合能力的重要手段之一。随着近年来英语中考写作的比例越来越大，如何在教学中培养和提高初中生的英语书面表达能力已日渐成为初中英语教学的一个新课题。

英语书面表达是当前初中英语教学中一项重要的任务，它是对学生语言基础知识、语言组织能力及书写能力的综合考查，其分值在中考试卷中占有相当大的比重。然而，目前初中英语的书面表达相对滞后，学生的写作水平提高甚微。这就要求学生在平时的学习中除了要掌握扎实的英语基础知识外，还要注重语言的运用和交际，同时还要注重书写规范、工整。因此作为一名英语教师，我们就必须在平时的英语教学中多提醒学生积累英语词汇，有意识地让学生逐步接受英语表达的思维方式，久而久之，学生才能写出地道的英语，并逐步强化提高，最终达到要求。因此本文仅就如何培养和提高学生写作能力的问题进行探讨以期找到解决问题的有效途径。

一、培养语感能力，夯实基础

1.初中学生学习英语处于初始阶段，是初学者，他们对语言的感知极为有限，因此我在课堂的教学中给学生放录音材料时，除了放有关课文内容的对话、语段给学生，让学生模仿地道的语音、语调，培养语感、语流外,还在课外时间组织“英语角”“英语兴趣小组”,通过广播听短剧,看原声英语电影等途径来增加听力的训练，培养语言学习兴趣，发展语言运用技能。

2.在课堂教学过程中,教师应坚持“尽量使用英语，适当利用母语”的教学原则，以减少学生对母语的依赖和母语对英语教学的负迁移。在教学过程中，我尽量使用英语讲课，为使初学者听明白，理解我所讲的，就适当的借助些肢体语言，以便让他们更好的进行模仿。通过对学生视听觉的刺激，有效提高学生英语理解能力的培养，有助于培养学生利用英语思维的习惯。

3.课堂听写训练也是培养学生写作能力的一种有效方法。我的方法是由易到难，先听写单词、短语、句子，最后进入听写语段、语篇。整个初中3年就这样循序渐进，由浅到深。听写的语速也由慢到快，句子中词与词之间能连读的，我就连读，有意识地训练学生的听力理解。通过听写练习，不仅能够培养学生的语感、听力和记忆能力，还能培养学生的写作能力。

二、合理的组句成段练习

基本句型及其扩句作为训练写作的根本是至关重要的，但要表达连贯的思想，只有零乱的句子是不够的，还需要把句子有机地组合，无论是叙述、描写还是说明，都应选择最有效的、最易于理解的、最能表现内容的方式来组合段落，做到该先说的先说，该后说的后说，一层层、一步步有条不紊地进行。这样过渡词和连接词的使用就显得尤为重要。 我帮助学生整理一些常用的关联词：first，secondly，above all，in the end，and，besides，as well as，not only...but also..，either...or...，so that，in order that，as a result，so as to，surely，in fact，all in all，in a word，finally and so on。加上了这些启、承、转、合的关联词，使表达更为自然和通顺。

三、运用适合纲要的经典句子，结合习作要求出色地完成写作任务

学生在掌握了一定词汇，形成遣词造句的基本能力后，完成一篇要求不算高的习作是完全可以做到的。初中英语写作一般只要求在80个词左右，也就是八到九个句子。加上习作都有要点提示，学生完成起来不是很费力。在平时的训练中，如果我们对阶段性的话题进行反复正规的训练，让学生把握所写话题的写作纲要以及相关的重点句型，这样他们的写作能力会有很大程度的提高。以八年级上学期为例：教材分“青少年生活（Teenage life）”和“自然与环境（Nature and environ－ment）”两大模块六个单元，牵涉到Friends、Schoollife、A day out、Wild animals、Bird-watchers和Nat－ural disasters六个话题。教师不可能在学期一开始就要求学生来写这六个话题的作文。较有效的方法是：在学过一个单元后，就教会学生写本单元话题作文的方法。在学习第二个单元时，每隔两天要求学生独立写一次上个单元的作文。这样学第三单元时，学生要把第一和第二单元的习作进行隔日训练。如此反复，只要教师有执着的.精神去要求学生写，并给学生写过的进行提高性的评讲，一学期下来，学到最后一个单元时，学生对前面的几个单元的话题已经写了好多遍了。还有什么样的学生写不好一篇只有几十个词的英语习作呢。我们英语教材中的一些范文的词数都有好几百。我们不要求学生写那么多，只要求他们学会其中的一些经典句子就可以了。他们完全可以把这些句子用到考试中可能遇到的类似的习作中去的。当然，把握好各个话题的纲要，根据话题的不同部分运用所学过的句子来组织语言，从而完成写作也是很重要的。比如在写Friends这个话题时，要把握appearance、personality和abilities等纲要。写My ideal school时要把握schooltime、school lunch、subjects、facilities和after-schoolactivites等纲要。对应纲要的重点句型当然要记住，学生多次写了，他们肯定会记住的，像描写after-school activities的句子：There are lots of clubs and af－ter-school only have half an hour ofhomework to do every day.学生不止一次地写，会有很深的印象，当然也会记得住的。

总之，写作培养与提高不是孤立的、单一的，进行训练就能够达到的。听、说、读、写之间是相互依赖的、相互促进的关系。培养英语写作能力需要与听、说、读、写训练同步进行。只有在平时的教学活动中不断进行综合训练、持之以恒，学生的协作能力才能得到切实有效的培养与提高。
