这是一篇杂志社的回复
稿件要求：
1．稿件应具有科学性、先进性和实用性，论点明确、论据可靠、数据准确、逻辑严谨，文通句畅。
2．计量单位以国家法定计量单位为准；各类符号须按照国家标准的规定书写。
3．所有文章标题字数应在20字之内。
4．参考文献按引用的先后顺序列于文末。
5．图片要清晰，注明图号。
投稿说明：
1．来稿一律使用WORD排版，来稿请注明作者姓名、单位、通讯地址、邮编、联系电话及电子信箱，以3000字左右为宜。
2．来稿要具备一定的学术水平，保证文章版权的独立性、学术的严肃性，严禁抄袭，文责自负，请勿一稿多投。
3．本刊已加入《中国知网》，不愿意通过网络媒体发布者，请在来稿中注明。
4．本刊编辑部对来稿有权修改，不远改动者请事先说明。字收稿之日起1个月内未收到刊用通知，请作者自行处理稿件。
5．本刊发表周期为30天，出刊5天内邮寄样刊。
6．如有一稿多投、剽窃祸抄袭行为者，一切后果由作者本人负责。

投稿文章时,如何写投稿信?其中的表示希望主编指导的句子怎么写?

1 投稿信要简单介绍你的工作的创新性,这样便于论文的快速发表,当然也应该客气几句,让编辑感到心里舒服,主要是夸杂志好之类的话; 有人写coverletter,就是写上题目、然后说很荣幸投稿之类地话,也有人干脆把摘要全写上,这样个人认为不好,一定用两到三句话说明你论文“新”在哪,这个非常重要.
2.论坛上很多人说不能写信催编辑,个人认为没关系,必要催信能够让人重视你的论文,一定要让人感到,你的论文在这发不了,好多地方在等着发呢(但很多牛杂志,可不吃这套哟,人家不缺稿,嘿嘿).当然写信的时候要客气,说一些快速发表对于学术讨论和促进工作等方面的重要性之类的话;
3.能写英文,就不投中文稿,特别是不投中文杂志英文版,好不容易憋了篇英文,还投到低水平的杂志,很不甘心; 最重要的是国内杂志要钱,而国外很多不要.自从国内某杂志告诉我他们之所以收我很高的版面费是为了他们的生存时,我发誓包括以后我的学生就不再投中文杂志了（如果要投,对做材料的人,个人认为金属学报不错,目前收费低）；
4.坚持就是胜利,按照审稿人的建议好好改你的论文,只要坚持投稿,就一定能够被接收的,如果论文被某杂志拒稿,但不提倡降低杂志质量再投（应该根据审稿人意见修改后找合适的杂志）;有人认为低影响因子的杂志一定中的几率高,我也这么认为,但一般低影响因子的杂志论文出稿比较慢!
再加两封催稿信!英语不好,但意思表达到了.

论文投稿之投稿信（Cover Letter）写法--附真实案例

Cover Letter, 即投稿信，是论文投递时与论文一起发送给编辑的信件，其目的是让编辑在阅读你的论文之前，简单了解你文章的基本情况。

不知道编辑是谁的情况下直接用 Dear editor; 但是，只要用心一点，去期刊官网查找，一般都能找到的。

在以第一段直接给出文章的标题

如 Letter, communications, article, review还是comments。
这个其实也可以不写，因为在投稿时会选择投稿文章类型。

简要包括研究背景，发现以及可以发表在期刊上的原因等等

一般为通讯作者姓名，所属机构，通讯地址，联系电话，邮箱等
经将这一部分挪到了投稿网站系统上，Cover letter中可以不再列出）

讲了这么多，分享一个实际的案例吧。
