什么叫邮发代号?有什么用途?

邮发代号,又称邮政发行代号、报刊代号,是中国邮政系统给接办发行的报刊分配的代号。在中国邮政系统内部,其标准名称是报刊代号;在报刊的版权页、封面、封底、报头等处,一般写作邮发代号。

用途是简化发行业务处理和进行科学管理。由两部分组成,前一部分为省份代码,由1至2位数字组成;后一部分为分配的序号,由1至3位数字组成。例如:2-41。其中省份代码单数表示报纸,双数表示杂志。例如北京1表示报纸,2表示杂志。

邮发代号由中国邮政系统给接办发行

截止2019年,全国邮政营业局所已达57136处,其中设在农村的局所有41196处,提供邮政全项功能服务的局所有34044处。全国邮政信筒信箱已达225846个,邮政报刊图书销售点达49053处,集邮品销售点达20224处。邮政妥投点达2929万个。

2001年,中国邮政对干线快速网进行了战略性调整:开通了10条自主航空邮路,1/3以上的空运邮件实现自主运输,初步形成了邮政集散式的航空快速网;

以铁路提速为契机,加挂干线快速邮运列车,进一步优化铁路邮路;开通干线夜间汽车邮路117条,使汽车运输网路调度组织得更加合理。2002年,中国邮政各大平面新枢纽相继投产。

全国邮政已拥有邮件处理(物流配送)中心201个、现代化的大平面新枢纽17个、信函分拣机114套、信函分类理信机114套、商业信函制作系统542套、印刷品及包裹分拣机158套、报刊分发流水线58套。

电子化、机械化、自动化以及信息化的普及,大大提高了邮件的处理效率。
