黄晖1黄晖 法学博士、研究员、商标代理人语言情况：中文、法文、英文我国首位商标法博士，中国社会科学院知识产权中心兼职研究员，中国法学会知识产权法研究会理事，中企商标鉴定中心专家成员，域名争议解决中心仲裁员，法国斯特拉斯堡第三大学国际工业产权研究中心客座教授。1990年毕业于外交学院，后在国家工商行政管理总局工作十二年，2002年加盟万慧达知识产权代理有限公司。其间，曾在法国斯特拉斯堡第三大学国际工业产权研究中心（CEIPI）留学，获国际工业产权研究文凭。后师从中国社会科学院郑成思教授，从事商标法等知识产权的专业研究，并取得法学博士学位。著有商标法专论《驰名商标和著名商标的法律保护》（法律出版社2001年版）；译有世界第一部知识产权法典-《法国知识产权法典（法律部分）》（商务印书馆1999年版）；《中国知识产权法》商标栏目作者（法律出版社及CCH 2002-2004年版）；《WTO知识产权协定常识问答》编者（知识产权出版社2003年版）；《中国商标报告》执行主编（中信出版社2003-2004年版）；《中华商标》杂志编委会成员。另著有多篇专业论文。2黄晖，男，1955年出生。1978年毕业于湖北艺术学院美术系、油画专业。1989年进修于中央工艺美术学院染织系。湖北省美术院专职画家，国家一级美术师。展览：2002年《2002·北京龙吟》油画展(北京)2001年《研究与超越———中国小幅油画大展》(北京)1999年《半边天》中国女艺术家艺术展(德国)1998年《半边天》中国女艺术家艺术展(波恩)1997年《黄晖油画展》(湖北美术馆)1994年《全国第八届美术作品展》(湖
