Peer refersto the equal status between people, children usually prefer communicating with peers.But inthe children’s process of interacting with peer, conflictions often produce. These conflicts not only affect the interpersonal relationship of children, but also have a very special value to the development of young children .As a kindergarten education practitioners ,their education practitioners, views and perspectives of the peerconflicts have much effects onchildren. Starting from the definition of conflict behavior,this article uses the literature method and case analysis method to research teachers’ improper behaviors in the process of handling preschool peer conflicts .The purpose of this article is to exploring effective strategies of teachers to deal with peer conflicts, so that the peer conflicts become themostvaluable experience for children'sdevelopment.Keywords:children, peerconflict, teachers' copingstrategies累死我老人家了，希望能帮到你，祝好。
