数据库（database）已经改名了。过去的ISTP库现在分为两个库：CPCI-S和CPCI-SSH Conference Proceedings Citation Index - Science (CPCI-S) Conference Proceedings Citation Index - Social Science & Humanities。

ISTP(内倾/感觉/思考/理解)是迈尔斯·布里格斯性格分类法中十六种人格类型之一，在柯尔塞气质类型测试中被称为巧匠，属于工匠的四种类型之一。

I——内倾相对于外倾。ISTP倾向于宁静和有所保留。于社交中，他们消耗能量（同样的情况下，外倾者获得能量）。

S——感觉相对于直觉。相比关心抽象事物，ISTP更加关心于具体事物。他们更倾向于关注细节而不是整体，关注最切近的现实而非未来的可能性。

T——理性相对于情感。ISTP通常认为客观标准高于个人偏好。在做决定的时候，他们通常更多地基于逻辑，而不是对人情世故的考虑。

P——理解相对于判断：ISTP会保留意见或推迟作出重要的决定，更倾向于“开放选择权”，更能应对变化。

会议论文是否被ISTP (CPCI)收录一方面跟会议质量有关，一方面跟会议合作的出版物有关。可1.以查会议出版物是否是ISTP收录：在web of science检索选中CPCI-S，用出版物名称查询；2.用会议名称查询；3.通过已发表的论文题目查。

比如，以国际生物技术与生物工程学术会议 （International Conference on Biotechnology and Bioengineering）为例，用会议名称CF=International Conference on Biotechnology and Bioengineering即可查出。ICBB收稿的ISTP领域是生物，医学，农业大类，领域还是较广的。

61.158.102.* 这个IP的回答是我在注册前回答的，我注册后再补充几句。建议你参加在国内举行的国际会议，在上查一下会议信息。我最近3到5个月给几个会议投稿了，中了好几篇，5月份开会，大概7月左右被检索。不过这样的会议，一篇论文一般价格会在2000——4000之间。如果参加国外的会议，花费更高，当然主要指的是差旅费。
