网络不应该发表论文吗英文

要知道首发论文不是没有发表在期刊上，是因为纸质版期刊还未刊出。由于期刊往往都是整期刊出，需经过编辑部整期汇编排版、作者校稿、送印刷厂印刷等程序，导致纸质版刊出时间较长。
