乐东楼市现状分析论文发表

房地产市场的情况并不是很好，受到了一定的影响，很多人们的消费能力下降，都不会选择去购买房屋。

我觉得2022年房地产市场发展不容乐观，将会继续萎靡下去，可能楼市将更加的不景气，房价会持续的跌落，开发商的房子很难卖出去。特别是受到疫情的影响，国内经济发展受阻，房地产商的日子并不好过，甚至有不少小的开发商资金链出现断裂，导致产生了很多的烂尾楼，很多购房者交了首付，但却迟迟拿不到房子，也引发了一系列的社会矛盾。

为了维持房地产市场的平稳发展，多地也出台了稳楼市的政策。在江苏泰州，湖南浏阳等地都发布了购房补贴政策，而且还鼓励房企自行制定让利政策，减轻这些购房者的压力，提高他们购房的积极性，但是我觉得仍然很难取得一个好的效果，因为现在的房价处于高位，而且市民对楼市充满一种悲观的情绪，很多人都处于观望的状态，而不会轻易的下手。

还有不少市民担心自己购买到的房子变成烂尾楼，所以纷纷取消了自己的购房计划，由于经济的下滑不少，企业倒闭很多员工被迫失业，连日常生活开支都存在问题，就更别提拿钱够买房子了，越是经济发展不景气的时候楼市也会受到相应的影响，毕竟市民的口袋里没钱，不管政府推出多好的楼市政策，也不会取得一个好的效果。

国内的出生率在不断的下降，但是很多开发商仍然在新建房子，这就势必会出现人少防多的局面，房子会变得越来越不好卖，将成为一种趋势，所以房地产市场的现状会遭受到重创，特别是今年的开发商日子尤其不好过，我觉得政府当务之急就是要让楼市回暖，不要让房地产市场出现崩溃，到时候会引发一系列的负面影响。

乐东的龙栖海岸楼盘到底值得买。还是很有未来发展前途的，地理位置优越。

我认为房地产市场状况并不是很好，因为买房的人越来越少。

值得买，乐东的龙栖海岸楼盘还可以，周边交通配套挺好，有好几个公交，交通便利，附近配套的学校也有，小学初中高中都有，小孩子上学也方便，小区绿化率有30%以上，环境也不错。
