In order to succeed in cross-cultural communication, will realize our national culture and western culture, the differences between in communication right choice accords with western cultural norms expression in order to achieve the aim of communication. Foreign language learners should not only try to master the accurate and fluent and natural English language, learn to decent, naturally transmitted and received communicative message, Also want to understand and grasp of English countries cultural background knowledge and customs, learn to overcome in communication barriers produced cultural differences. Meanwhile, foreign language learners but must take the culture differences, trying to broaden their perspective of culture, to learn more about English culture of the country, in a solid foundation of language application ability at the same time, develop their intercultural consciousness, improve their ability to cross-cultural communication.Finally, I want to talk about this essay and system deficiency.This essay writing and modification process, also is the more I realize his lack of experience and knowledge of the process. thesisdefense/dissertationdefense都可以两个词的区别仅限于字典而已，大部分英美的学校都把硕士论文也叫做dissertation的在英国本科叫thesis，硕士和博士都叫dissertation。在美国好像硕士多叫thesis。

这是研究生在完成论文答辩后，老师及学院学校对学生此次论文做出的决定。

答辩决议书的基本提纲：

1，指出选题的意义。

2，描述论文工作所取得的进展（即论文完成了什么工作）。

3，列举工作中含有的主要创新点。

4，对研究生基础和专业知识，科研能力给出评价。

5，对论文写作，格式等给出评价。

6，对硕士生的答辩能力进行评价。

7，给出答辩委员会对是否通过答辩，是否建议授予学位的结论。

8，如果答辩通过毕业，但不建议授予学位，那么决议书中还应包含是否同意其在两年内修改论文，

重新申请答辩的内容。

申请硕士学位论文答辩流程：

1，检查课程学习计划：进入第二学年，研究生本人要认真检查是否已全部完成个人培养计划中的课

程学习，所修学分是否满足学科培养方案的要求。

2，撰写学位论文：学位论文写作格式与要求应按照“研究生学位论文写作指南”有关规定和要求执

行。至少在答辩前五周应完成学位论文初稿，由指导教师对论文的总体结构，内容，水平和论文格

式进行严格审查。完成个人培养计划，满足学科培养方案要求，完成学位论文写作并经导师审查通

过的的硕士研究生，可以提出硕士学位论文答辩申请。学校每年分两批定期进行硕上生论文答辩及

学位授予的有关工作。

3，学位论文格式审查：经导师同意申请论文答辩的研究生，至少于答辩前四周向所在单位研究生主

管部门提出答辩申请。由院(系，所)教学主管主任负责安排对论文格式进行审查，合格后领取“学位

审批材料”，个人填写相关内容后，由导师签署意见。

4，学科专业负责人审批：拟订论文评阅人与答辩委员会成员，学科专业负责人(教研室主任或研究

所所长)在听取导师意见的基础上，对论文内容和水平把关，审查合格后签署意见，并与导师共同协

商，拟订聘请答辩委员会成员和论文评阅人(参见论文评阅要求和答辩委员会组成)。

5，学位论文密级审定：研究生学位论文的密级应在与导师充分协商的基础上，按照国家保密局颁发

的《国家秘密及其密级具体范围的规定》慎重确定，报所在单位主管科研的负责人对论文进行密级

审定，并签署意见。密级有内部，秘密，机密三种。学位论文密级的确定及处理办法参见“清华大

学研究生学位论文保密管理规定”。

6，主管主任审批：学位(毕业)审批材料送所在单位研究生主管主任审批。

7，学位论文评阅：至少于答辩前三周将学位论文送两位评阅人和指导教师评阅，在答辩前10天收回

评阅意见。

8，学位评定分委员会主席审批：答辩前至少一周将学位审批材料(包括导师和评阅人的评阅意见，

答辩委员会组成名单等)送所在学科学位评定分委员会主席审批。

9，学位论文抽样检查：研究生院每学期对申请毕业研究生的学位论文进行抽查。被随机确定为抽查

的学位论文作者，应于答辩前一周，将答辩时间和地点以书面形式报送研究生院培养办公室备案，

同时将论文及全部学位审批材料交研究生院培养办公室审查。被抽查学位论文的研究生答辩事宜，

见“对毕业研究生学位论文和答辩实行抽样检查的规定”。

10，申请优秀硕士论文：欲申请优秀硕士学位论文的研究生，须填写“优秀硕士学位论文审批

表”，并提交答辩委员会审查，答辩委员会主席负责组织讨论，对论文写出评语和推荐意见，报学

位评定分委员会审批。
