An Analysis of the Competitiveness of China's Textile and Garment Industry in the International Market based on the Diamond Theoretical SystemAbstract: China is the largest producer and exporter of textiles and garments in the world. It is of paramount significance that the competitiveness of China's textile and garment industry in the international market should be enhanced. This paper begins by focusing on the international competitiveness of the textile and garment industry. It provides an analysis on the development outlook of China's textile and garment industry and gives an in-depth discussion of her competitiveness in the international market on the basis of the diamond theoretical model. It then formulates an evaluation index system of the international competitiveness of this industry by applying this model and makes use of this evaluation index system to provide an evaluation of the existing state of China's textile and garment industry. 浅谈当前我国纺织产品开发现状当前.全球纺织消费总t继续保持增长.但欧美市场已经接近饱和.零售业市场竞争加剧使产品分化愈加清晰，纺织服装“快拐时尚“的消费特征更加明显.这种模式导致产品生命周期更短，商品分类更加细化，摇要供应商提供源源不断的创新产品，更短的交期、更低的价格和更好的品质。此外.定位不同的品牌和零售商对产品供应链的要求也不同，高端奢侈品牌与专业性品牌强调供应商要有高度的专业化和创新性，能够积极响应市场需求和变化.而快速时尚与超大型零售商通过指定生产合作伙伴.提高供应商的快速反应能力和生产管理能力，加强对区域性供应链的掌控。面对发展中的全球纺织服装业，我国纺织工业经历了产业结构的调整和发展.通过淘汰落后设备，扶植优势企业，引领先进技术.更新设计观念等途径，大大提高了纺织服装面料的生产开发能力，提升了产品质t及生产技术水平.形成了具有较大规模和较高水平的工业体系.不仅发展壮大了一批大型的纺织企业集团，而且形成了许多以中小型企业为主体的产业集群生产基地。同时.企业在对国外先进技术引进、消化吸收并进行再创新的同时，增加了对技术研发的投入，逐步掌握了原创性技术和科技成果并最终转化为实际的经济效益。此外.企业重视国内市场，利用自身优势，成为国内市场的主导实施国内外市场并重的战略是中国纺织服装产业的发展方向。从产品开发角度看.流行趋势研究对新产品开发的引导作用不断加强.优秀企业在技术上突出产业链整合优势组建专业化推介队伍.与面料设计师配合.在技术和贸易方式上，按区域实施一站式服务.提高推介成功率.巩固和提高与服装设计师共同开发成果。借助新型工艺技术的创新，追求产品的高科技含t、高品质感和高附加值，迎合市场消费的孺求，提升产品的竞争力，已成为大多数中国纺织企业的发展共识。通过调研我们发现，目前我国纺织企业产品开发方向主要集中在以下几个方面:(1)轻薄.高支棉、高支麻高支毛、真丝‘超细纤维等及其混纺原料满足了这一需求:.精细化的纤维整理、高支高密纺纱技术.维纶伴纺等技术.使纱线更加高支优化，产品更加轻薄化:.单纱织造、单经单纬织造、粗纺精做等技术改变产品的克重.使产品向轻薄方向发展;.疏松结构、透空组织等组织设计赋予织物轻质的风格。(2)柔软.通过Modal、印沉eII、竹浆纤维、牛奶蛋白纤维、铜氮纤维等改善织物手感.使织物更加舒适、柔软:.通过纺纱织造技术使纺织产品手感柔软，温暖。如低捻度纱线、无捻纱线、膨体纱、空气变形纱、松结构等方式;.通过柔软剂或机械柔软整理技术处理后的织物更柔软丰满、尺寸稳定，目前国内采用意大利Alro整理设备在棉衬衫面料上进行柔软后整理效果比较显著(可尝试在麻纺产品上进行试用)。(3)弹性.选用弹性纤维实现.如氮纶、X以、p仃等，与其他纤维进行混纺或文织，提升织物的弹性、可穿性.尤其在毛纺产品中。目前国内更多的企业利用毛与p竹纤维混纺，提升毛纺产品的抗皱性，并改善毛纺产品的易护理性:.利用组织结构，配合加捻纱赋予织物自然弹效果此类产品的弹性具有永久性，具有更大的市场潜力:.后整理过程中通过加入弹性助剂徽予织物舒适的弹性效果.(4)功能.随着人们消费水平的不断提高和保健观念加强，对功能性纺织品的需求日益增长功能性纺织品发展迅速，如防水透湿、吸湿排汗阻燃、辐射屏蔽.抗菌、防蜻、易去污、抗静电、负离子等产品的开发。更好的防护性和易护理性，仍是消费市场的主要需求，也是目前毛纺、丝绸、麻纺等产品主攻的技术难点;.产品的单一功能向组合功能发展。如三防、四防、无防整理技术.防风十防水+可呼吸性的多个组合功能的发展，将结合终端通途有针对性地赋予不同的功能组合:.新型功能性产品不断涌现。如消音‘静音、智能化等功能性产品也提到开发日程中。(5)生态.随着生态环保意识的增强，产品追求自然和生态的外观注重有机原料、生态再生纤维、可降解纤维、可回收纤维等环保纤维的运用与开发;.除传统的花卉和蔓藤纹样，自然主题的纹样设计灵感来源更为广泛.如岩石、鹅卵石、木头、羽毛、仿皮革、仿毛皮织物在生
